Prototype Cells Customization and Production

Storagenergy is one of the leading companies in developing high performance Li-ion/metal battery cells. With access to more than 12 different electrode materials, Storagenergy can produce a variety of cell chemistries in customized formats using our pilot pouch cell manufacturing line. Depending on the customer’s requirements, our battery cells can be tuned towards high power, high energy, long duration, extreme temperatures, and/or high safety. The application-specific cells are made with automated equipment that can meet the demand from prototyping to small-scale production. 

In order to meet the demanding needs for next-generation energy storage technologies from diverse customers, Storagenergy is equipped with an ample number of electrochemical channels and temperature-controlled environmental chambers for performance evaluation of batteries in the form of coin, pouch, and cylindrical cells. We also have a dedicated nail penetration/crush tester on site for battery safety evaluation.
